Overview & Challenge
St. Joseph Mercy Oakland had been providing excellent healthcare services to the Metro Detroit community for over 90 years. However, they faced a challenge of effectively communicating their commitment to quality care, state-of-the-art technology, and patient satisfaction to the broader community. Despite their efforts to invest in new technology and maintain a high level of care, they felt that they weren’t getting the recognition they deserved.
The goals for our collaboration with St. Joseph Mercy Oakland were as follows:
Enhance communication: Improve the effectiveness of communication with the community and better inform them about the hospital’s commitment to quality healthcare.
Highlight technology and advanced care options: Emphasize the hospital’s use of state-of-the-art technology and advanced care options to differentiate itself from other healthcare providers.
Educate and support patients and families: Provide education and awareness efforts to support patients and their families in managing their health.
Improve reputation: Enhance the hospital’s reputation and become known as a trusted and reliable healthcare provider in the community.
