In an effort to strengthen their identity as a company that places people above all else, Lake Trust Credit Union was in need of new recruiting materials to drive potential talent to their company.
Strive Creative worked with Lake Trust in creating physical items, such as a culture book, referral card, and recruiting brochure. These materials were designed in a way that conveyed the culture of Lake Trust in order to attract like-minded candidates.
Lake Trust Credit Union was so pleased with the positive feedback from these materials that Strive Creative is in an ongoing relationship with them to continue enhancing their company and brand identity across other mediums.
