AI & Automation Specialist (In-Office)

Help Us Work Smarter—With You at the Core

At Strive Creative, we combine bold creative with sharp data. We’re looking for someone who can help us work smarter—by connecting systems, simplifying processes, and automating the busywork that slows great teams down.

As our AI & Automation Specialist, you’ll work across marketing, analytics, and creative operations to improve how we work. You’ll identify inefficiencies, build integrations, and bring automation into daily processes—helping our team stay focused on high-impact work.

What You’ll Do

  • Map and Improve Processes
    Collaborate with teams to understand current workflows and spot areas where automation could save time or improve consistency.
  • Build and Maintain Automations
    Use tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make to build integrations across platforms. Support more advanced needs with lightweight scripts or API calls.
  • Connect Data and Tools
    Help structure and move data between platforms like Google AppSheet, Airtable, or internal dashboards—keeping reporting and operations clean and current.
  • Explore AI Integration
    Use tools like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini to support use cases like content generation, reporting, QA, or internal tooling.
  • Support Adoption and Training
    Document your work clearly and help team members use the tools you create.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience working with automation, technical operations, or digital tools
  • Hands-on familiarity with Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
  • Comfortable working with APIs and understanding how platforms connect
  • Organized and process-minded, with clear written and verbal communication
  • Proactive thinker who enjoys identifying problems and proposing solutions

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Ads
  • Experience with SQL or BigQuery
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
  • Interest in marketing workflows, campaign reporting, or media operations
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
