Strive Creative's process to Video Production

Every business has a story. Sometimes it's obvious and sometimes it's not. Our job is to find that story and tell it. Our mission is to deliver your companies story in an exciting and compelling way that will show what sets it apart and how it's unique. We strive to capture and communicate your passion. After all that is why you do it, right?

Research:

Our process starts by immersing ourselves into what your company does, how you operate, and where your passion lies. We not only talk to you and get to know everything about your company, but we research your industry, competitors, and your target audience to determine the most effective way to tell your story.

Scripting:

Once we have figured out what makes you and your company tick, we translate your story to paper. This is where we conceptualize the project as a whole. We figure out an approach, and determine the best way to communicate your story. This may mean using on-screen talent, enhancing video with motion graphics, creating 3D elements, or just capturing video at your office.

Shooting:

The next step is the video component of the production process. By following the approved script we will then begin to capture the necessary video footage. Depending on the complexity of the concept and script, this portion of the process may consist of 5 shots, or it may be twenty.

Shooting video is more then just pointing a camera and pressing a button. It's an art. Every shot is thought out prior to recording. In the preproduction process we will have determined what shooting style is appropriate for the look and feel of your project. This determines what our lighting setups will consist of, as well as the camera movements and composition.

Even though we are shooting video, we shoot with the style, patience and an unwavering attention to detail that we would take if we were shooting film.

Editing:

The editing process is a fun and exciting step. Our talented team of editors will take your already beautiful video footage to the next level. Once the shooting is finalized, we input it into our system and choose which clips to use. This process is where we turn concept into reality in which your story will come to fruition. This is accomplished by combining the video with the proper design elements, ranging from simple titles to advanced motion graphics and/or 3D animation.

Approval and Revisions:

The most important steps of any video production process is making revisions and attaining your approval. If you are not pleased with your video production, then neither are we.
